Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2025

By booking with Jello Party Co., you agree to the following:

 

 

1. Bookings & Payment

 

 

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

  • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or cash.

 

 

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • Full refund if canceled at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • 50% refund if canceled within 72 hours.

  • No refund if canceled within 24 hours.

 

 

 

3. Liability

 

 

  • The renter is responsible for ensuring safe use of all equipment.

  • Jello Party Co. is not liable for injuries caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe environments.

 

 

 

4. Weather Policy

 

 

  • Outdoor rentals may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at our discretion.

 

 

 

5. Property Damage

 

 

  • The customer is liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms. While we strive to provide clean and safe entertainment options, adult supervision is required at all times for equipment involving children. Jello Party Co. reserves the right to decline service or remove equipment due to unsafe conditions or misuse.
